When I'm basking, just sitting their breathing God in. I start to relax my muscles, which is an exercise I use to try to free myself from the natural realm. God gives me a picture of myself sitting on a beach and the wind starts to blow softly and I start to turn into sand starting from my head and moving down my body and I'm carried on his wind. Just thought I would share.Oculus Tempestashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14712236349178935082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24609948.post-81749360719930882772007-05-11T00:59:00.000-04:002007-05-11T00:59:00.000-04:00I've always liked to think that I like change, eve...I've always liked to think that I like change, even thrive on it. But I'm learning that I am much less pleased with change that rocks my world - sometimes even good change can do that and I've come to realize that I don't like it at first.

Something I learned from some corporate training I took is that resistance to change is inevitable because all change causes disruption and disruption creates friction, and thus resistance as we try to minimize or deny the disruption. That knowledge has helped me learn to adapt more quickly and not beat myself up over the fact that is has made me uncomfortable. I'm just sayin' :)Don C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00756231587658780538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24609948.post-37142795317260104972007-05-10T17:58:00.000-04:002007-05-10T17:58:00.000-04:00you're a better man than I, Tom Zawacki...keep not...you're a better man than I, Tom Zawacki...

keep not quitting, ok?Lynda Meyershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14184072086095936772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24609948.post-73205595662010957632007-05-10T01:16:00.000-04:002007-05-10T01:16:00.000-04:00I LOVE CHANGE! Couldn't you just once hold tightly to people? :)

All kidding inside, I love you and your great outlook on change. I too understand the importance of letting God be God - none of it is "ours" to begin with.

Love you,
NadineNadinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01480908026387066960noreply@blogger.com
