A Visual Lesson In Letting Go

Holding on tight causes tension and restricts freedom

Letting go may mean losing or

having to give something up you love


Letting go means risk and allowing things to exist as they were truly meant to be

    Interesting...when holding on tight, you can't really SEE what (or who) you holding. Only when you are holding on openly. Thanks for the visual!
